Background: Recruited by the Soviet Spetsnaz at the age of 7 The orphaned Felicity's childhood was spent in training. At age 13, Felicity had her first kill. At 15 the soviet empire fell and Felicity found herself stranded in Afganistan without a way out. Using her skills and contacts, She was quickly recruited by the Israeli Special Forces till she was 20. Then she was recruited by MI-6 briefly before turning rouge.
It was at this time she caught the attention of the Zodiac. A criminal orginization of 12 masterminds. One in particular, Dr Scorpio. Took a particular interest in her, Using her to carry out several of his operations. After the anullment of the Zodiac, Dr Scorpio took Felicity and gave her a new identity, Calling her Hellcat. While Hellcat often does independant contracts on the side. It can be generally assumed that if Hellcat is present, Dr Scorpio isn't far behind.
